Completed in 1931 The Empire State Building, standing at 1454 feet high was the worlds tallest building for nearly 40 years. Situated in Midtown Manhattan, New York City it’s name was derived from the nickname for New York, the Empire State. The building is one of the great iconic structures of the world.
