The Boathouse at Laugharne in Carmarthenshire, Wales was the Welsh residence of the legendary poet and writer, Dylan Thomas. Situated on the banks of the estuary of the River Taf it served as a strong influence on his work and was where he wrote such classic works as Under Milkwood and Do Not Go Gentle Into That Good Night.
